“Hi, my name is Egor Krasnoperov — I’m a Design Director.

I’ve been leading product and design teams for more than 10 years, mostly in SaaS and digital products.

I prepared a few simple slides — not a formal presentation, just to make our conversation easier.”

“So, I’ll keep it short — I’ll start with a quick background, then share what I’ve been focused on as a design director, and finally talk about what I’m looking for next.

Feel free to stop me anytime — I like when it’s more of a dialogue than a pitch.”
Slide 3 — My Background (Timeline)

“I started in creative agencies, working on branding, campaigns, and web design.

I worked at Manychat, where I built the platflorm, design org from one person to a team of fifteen.

Later, at Tutu, I scaled the design team to over twenty people and built the design ops foundation.

And now I’m co-founding Mockin, an AI tool that helps designers get career feedback — a 0-to-1 experience that taught me a lot about clarity and speed.”

“So overall — from craft to leadership, from execution to systems and culture.”
Slide 4 — Key Focus Areas and Achievements
“In my latest role, I had three main focus areas as a design director.”

1. Design Ops
“The goal was to improve design quality and speed.

I built clear sync and review processes — less rework, less design debt.

We launched a design system that made delivery about 20% faster.”

2. People Management
“The team grew from 8 to 23 designers.
Three senior designers grew into lead roles, and our retention rate reached 95%.
That’s something I’m really proud of — seeing people grow and stay motivated.”

3. CX Foundation
“The third focus was connecting marketing and product.
We delivered a rebrand that unified communication — brand awareness grew by 18%.
I also started a UX writing team and defined tone-of-voice guidelines — NPS went up by 5 points.”
Slide 5 — What’s Next for Me “Tutu was a great experience — we built strong systems and a motivated team.

After a leadership change, some of the long-term design strategy and CX initiatives were paused.

I realized it was a good moment to look for a new environment where design can have real strategic influence.”
Slide 6 — What I Want

Keep growing as a leader.
Bring business value through design.

Learn from a global team.

That’s why PandaDoc feels like a great fit for me — strong design culture, real ownership, and global impact.”
Slide 7 — My Superpowers as a Design Leader

“If I describe my leadership style through my main strengths, I’d say —”

1️⃣ “I thrive in uncertainty, thanks to my startup experience.”

2️⃣ “I know how to motivate and inspire designers.”

3️⃣ “I always focus on results and connecting design to business goals.”

4️⃣ “And I stay open-minded and keep learning — helping my team grow along the way.”

“That combination helps me keep teams aligned, motivated, and effective — even when things move fast.”
Slide 8 — Areas I’m Growing In “I also believe in being open about growth.”

1️⃣ “First — language. I’m improving my English every day through practice and feedback.
It’s not perfect yet, but I’m getting better fast.”

2️⃣ “Second — focus. I’m very results-driven, but I’ve learned that sometimes the best leadership move is to say ‘no’ early — to protect team priorities and energy.”
