I’ve been in design for 18 years. I started in creative studios and advertising, building a foundation in visual craft and storytelling. Over time, I shifted toward product design and leadership, where good decisions matter more than perfect pixels.
Today, I focus on design at scale. I think about how quality holds up as complexity grows, how teams make decisions in uncertain environments, and how leadership can move organisations forward without adding unnecessary process.
I believe in transparency and meritocracy. Good ideas come from anywhere. Ownership should be clear, feedback should be direct, and my role is to set direction, raise the bar, and help teams become confident decision-makers.
I also build my own product, Mockin. It keeps me grounded in real constraints, user feedback, and the reality of shipping, and it shapes how I think about product decisions and trade-offs.
This is where I share how I think about design, leadership, and building products.
If you have a design challenge or opportunity, give me a shout :)
My professional principles✤The outcome is more important than a thousand words ✦ Be consistent ✦ Be open minded ● Solve real user problems, don’t make them up ✤ Only teamwork can give the highest result ● Leadership is not only about responsibility and management ✦ Data is your key argument ✦ Direct and honest feedback is the key to a strong team and company ● Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas ✤ Not knowing something or not being able to do something is normal, you can always fix it ✦ Toxicity, bullying, gaslighting, harassment is not acceptable ● Be always open and be able to accept feedback with gratitude.
This collection features selected works from 2013−2017. I include them as optional context, not as a reflection of my current focus.
These projects shaped how I think about design as a problem-solving tool with emotional weight. For example, when designing running medals and event branding, I treated each medal as a tangible reward for effort, focusing on meaning rather than decoration. Or Bolt, a hot sauce brand I co-created with agency partners, where we developed the product, naming, brand, and collaborations, including work with Bulleit Whiskey.
This period taught me to stay curious, work across disciplines, and think beyond obvious constraints. That mindset still informs how I approach product design and leadership today.
